How credits work
Billable events — document generation, mailouts, notice research, and per-call API usage — draw down credits. Your plan grants a fresh allotment every billing cycle, and you can buy more at any time.

- ✓ Purchased credits are CLS-eligible and valid for 12 months

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every account starts on Starter with monthly free-tier credits and full sandbox access — no card required until you upgrade or buy credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Billable requests return a clear error until you top up or your next cycle grants more. Read-only and billing endpoints are never blocked.
Can I change plans later?
Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Do sandbox requests cost credits?
No. Sandbox mode is free and isolated from production data. Learn more.
